Muzaffer is in charge of all East Asia operations, survey planning and management. He is also the first point of contact for our clients in China and East Asia Region.
Muzaffer has expertise on all kinds of damage surveys, involved in numerous casualty investigations, such as engine failures, tailshaft/stern tube damages, collision, grounding and fire cases.
With his background as New Building Supervisor as well as Oceangoing Chief Engineer on board bulk carriers and tankers, he has attained deep technical knowledge on both design and operational aspects of propulsion engines and auxiliary machinery, hull design and coatings aspects, as well as on board overhauling and maintenance and PMS systems.
His expertise lies with machinery failure and root cause investigation on all kinds of damages on diesel engines and propulsion systems. In addition, he has successfully participated in total loss investigations and crew interviewing on major collisions, being multilingual in Turkish, English, Chinese and Russian.
Muzaffer is also carrying out all kinds of warranty surveys and loss prevention surveys for H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs (both IG and Fixed Premium) to include JH143 Shipyard Risk Assessment and Towage Approval Surveys.

Xiangjin has carried out various Warranty Surveys of all kinds and completed numerous H&M Condition/Risk Assessment Surveys and P&I Loss Prevention Surveys (IG and Fixed Premium Clubs).
With his background as new building supervisor for almost 10 years, he attained deep technical knowledge and acquired expertise on hull construction, outfitting, coating application and machinery installation works.
Moreover, he has attended various types of casualty surveys. The most demanding task he accomplished successfully was a major antipollution and Wreck Removal operation, on which he remained in continuous attendance for about 15 months.

Xuhui Wang
Xuhui has been involved in all types of casualty and marine warranty / condition and Loss Prevention surveys on all types of vessels, acting on behalf of H&M Underwriters and P&I Clubs.
Having completed a 7-year term as oceangoing engineer on board various types of vessels up reaching the 3rd Engineer rank, he was subsequently employed ashore as a shipyard site manager (2 years) in China, before joining our Shanghai surveyors’ team. As such, he possesses vast knowledge on main and auxiliary machinery operation, maintenance and repairs, as well as knowledge of local shipyards practices and tariffs for all kinds of repairs.
He is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English language.
